At Kelme, we want to ensure you have the right gear to perform at your best. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit and meet our resale criteria.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed once our team inspects the gear.
